Touching the sublime is never hasty. In Bordeaux, we will learn the art of living—that very art de vivre the French have honed for centuries. For me, this trip is an opportunity to swap the television spotlights for the soft light of a sunset in the Médoc, and the monologue for our open conversation. It will be a week of liberation from illusions, a tasting of meanings, and a search for that impeccable taste for life that brings a person back to their true selves.

NECTAR
The Left Bank, where the aristocracy of global winemaking is born. This is a land of strict traditions, neoclassical palaces, and great Cabernet Sauvignon wines. SAINT-EMILION
The medieval heart of the Right Bank, carved into the limestone cliff. A UNESCO World Heritage site where Merlot finds its softness and the streets are steeped in the spirit of faith and craftsmanship. Here, among stone walls and hills, we will seek answers to the most important questions in the company of Vladimir Pozner

CAP-FERRET
The free element of the ocean, where the Atlantic breeze washes away the pathos of grand châteaux. A place of "intellectual escape" for French bohemians. Here, luxury is measured by the freshness of oysters from the hands of Joël Dupuch and the honesty of a moment spent on the shores of Arcachon Bay

We'll arrive in Bordeaux and head to the heart of the Left Bank. Your home will be COMO Cordeillan-Bages 5* , an elegant estate nestled among the vineyards of Pauillac.

The aristocracy of the Medoc
Day 2
As sunset approaches, it's time for the main event: "Question Hour" with Vladimir Pozner. This is an honest and open conversation, without cameras or phones, about time, choice, and people. We'll conclude this powerful day with dinner at Restaurant Au Marquis de Terme.
After lunch, we'll be welcomed by a 19th-century neoclassical palace—the magnificent Château Margaux. A private tour and vertical tasting awaits you with the estate's manager, where true poetry of taste lies hidden behind the austere façade.
Then we head to legendary Pauillac for a visit to Château Pontet-Canet, where biodynamics and 100-point wines create the pure magic of the terroir. We'll have lunch nearby at Restaurant La Maison d'Estournel, a place with a wonderful atmosphere where haute cuisine meets the traditions of a great winemaking house.
The second day is dedicated to the Left Bank's "major league." We begin the morning in Saint-Estèphe with a private visit to Château Montrose, one of the most technologically advanced and traditional estates in the Médoc.

Legends of 1855: The Grandeur of the Médoc

Day 3
This evening, we'll enjoy an intimate creative evening, "Farewell to Illusions." Following Vladimir Pozner's seminal book, we'll discuss how liberating ourselves from myths helps us see life as it really is. The day will conclude with dinner at the historic Le Logis de la Cadène (1* Michelin)—a fine dining experience in one of Saint-Émilion's oldest and most beautiful places.
After lunch, we'll explore the absolute pinnacles of the Right Bank, with private visits to the legendary Château Angélus and Château Pavie (Premier Grand Cru Classé A). A tasting in the private cellars of these grand hilltop châteaux will allow you to experience the completely different character of Merlot—a soft, deep antithesis to the austere Médoc.
In the morning, we'll embark on a private visit to the iconic Château Tertre Roteboeuf—a rebellious, deeply authentic estate whose wines critics call "liquid silk." We'll enjoy a leisurely lunch in the heart of the medieval town at Le Jardin, a restaurant with its relaxed and easygoing atmosphere.
July 28
The heights of Saint-Émilion and the philosophy of Pomerol
Day 4
We'll spend the afternoon exploring Château Figeac , a Right Bank rebel whose unique gravel terroir propelled them to the top of the classification in 2022. We'll conclude this action-packed day with a cozy dinner at Chai Pascal. Stone walls, honest home cooking, and the relaxed atmosphere of the old town will provide the perfect backdrop for a discussion of what we've seen.
After lunch on the terrace of the city's oldest restaurant, Logis de la Cadène (1 Michelin star)* , we'll head to Château Angélus . Its cellars resemble a Gothic cathedral, where the tranquility and architecture underscore the wine's status as a Premier Grand Cru Classé A wine
Today, we're changing the scenery and heading south from Bordeaux to explore the complex character of Pessac-Léognan and experience the magic of the great sweet wines of Sauternes. Our day begins with a private visit to the legendary Château La Mission Haut-Brion—a place with an incredible history and impeccable reputation, home to wines of cosmic scale and depth.

The scale of history: the greatness of Pessac-Léognan and Sauternes
Day 5
In the evening, we will gather for our grand dinner at Restaurant SON'. A refined dinner in this stylish location will be the perfect continuation of the day, where fine dining and warm conversation among us will combine to create an absolute triumph of French Art de Vivre.
After a busy marathon, we give you the rarest of luxury—time for yourself. A free morning in Bordeaux is perfect for slowing down: wandering medieval streets, browsing shops, or enjoying a spa. There's no schedule on this day—just sun-drenched squares and the opportunity to simply be in the moment.
July 30
Freedom in Bordeaux
Day 6
In the evening, we return to Bordeaux to spend time at the stunning Inima Restaurant. This incredibly stylish gastronomic space will be the perfect finale to our journey. Let's raise our glasses to discoveries, honest answers, and to the fact that this journey has become more than just a wine tour for everyone.
A private, hour-long boat ride across the mirror-like surface of the bay will be organized exclusively for our group, during which we will enjoy the solitude and endless ocean horizons. For lunch, we will return to the shore to sample the freshest oysters and seafood right at the farm, right by the water's edge, accompanied by ice-cold white wine. This is true freedom, scented with salt and wind.
Today we'll head to the Atlantic, to Cap Ferret, where luxury isn't measured by hotel stars, but by the freshness of the breeze. We'll immerse ourselves in the distinctive culture of Arcachon Bay. We'll take a private tour of the region's finest oyster farms, where we'll learn all the secrets of this craft firsthand.

Ocean and Philosophy: A Day in Cap-Ferret
Day 7
At midday, the group will be transported to Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport in comfortable cars . We depart this hospitable region, taking with us not only rare vintages but also the aftertaste of profound conversations that, like a fine wine, will linger in our memories for a long time.
Our journey is drawing to a close. We meet for a final breakfast in the garden of our estate to leisurely exchange impressions and contacts. This is a time for warm words, final photos against the backdrop of the vineyards, and choosing last-minute gifts for loved ones in the shops of Bordeaux.
